On Tuesday, Marchek and two other Saukville EMT’s were called to an apartment in the 300 block of Green Bay Avenue, when one of the workers noticed Marchek take something out of the victim’s jacket while the two other workers were assisting the victim. One of the workers noticed it was money and saw Marchek put it in his pocket.

One of the workers later confronted Marchek to show him what he had in his pockets; Marchek showed him a $10 bill he admitted taking from the victim. Marchek told the other EMT worker he was going to put the money back, but later admitted to police he was going to keep it.
