 y:\nA  commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the 1862 Civil War draf
 t  riots that occurred in Port Washington will take place from noon to 5
   p.m. on Saturday\, Nov. 10\, at the Historic Ozaukee County Courthouse
 \,  121 W. Main St.\, in downtown Port Washington. Featured attractions 
 will  include the Civil War Singers of Manitowoc\, storytelling\, dedica
 tion of a  historical marker\, a tribute to veterans of the Civil War an
 d America's  other conflicts\, and remarks by Ozaukee County Administrat
 or Tom Meaux and other officials.Music\,  demonstrations and a historica
 l re-enactment will be featured. An  exhibit on the event will be on dis
 play in the Ozaukee County Courthouse  County Board Room from Nov. 8th-1
 0th and 12th-16th\,from 10 a.m. to 5  p.m. each of those dates.The riots
  on Nov. 12\, 1862\, were  launched mostly by angry farmers from Luxembo
 urg against the German  immigrant and native American businessmen of Por
