Not all chocolate is created equal! Join us in learning the history of the chocolate industry and the importance for consumers to purchase fairly sourced products while sampling chocolate treats.

Chef and Organic Cooking Coach, KC Thorson, will lead cooking demos and tastings of an all chocolate menu while Steve Wallace of Milwaukee’s own Omanhene Chocolate Company shares insights about the world of chocolate. Omanhene fairly sourced chocolate will also be available for purchase in time for Valentine’s Day.

Cost: $20 before 2/4, $25 after.
