Parents and the public are invited to Thomas Jefferson Middle School, where they can see the new educational technology that TJ has available for students and staff. Stop in to learn more about it in this open house format (pick and choose what you want to see. Check out how we are using ipads, netbooks, smartboards and dozens of "apps," websites and software programs in and out of classrooms — and what is available to parents as well! The event is on Tuesday, December 4, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Sporting blue and gold colors, Thomas Jefferson Middle School serves grades 5- 8. The school educational experiences and opportunities include music, art, languages, business, technology and more. Staff members are also available to satisfy special education needs. The Port Washington Pirates have a football and soccer field, as well as a baseball diamond at the middle school.
