A Fish Day Marriage Proposal
Cassie Smith didn't know what to expect when her boyfriend, a Port firefighter, parked in his fire truck in front of her on the Fish Day parade route, and jumped with roses, a box and a question.
Andrew Klopp had a little something up his sleeve when he surprised his girlfriend at the Fish Day parade route last week, the Ozaukee Press reports.
Cassie Smith, along with family and friends, were set up in their usual spot on the parade route when Klopp rolled up in Fire Engine 462, halting the procession, the Press reports.
Smith said first she noticed Klopp was holding roses when he jumped out of the truck, then he pulled out a box. He dropped to one knee and snapped the big question. The answer was of course, yes, according to the Press.
