Bridge Work Begins Monday Along I-43
Know which bridges near Port and Saukville will close, and which ones will be inconvenient to travel.
Construction begins Monday on four bridges over I-43 near Port Washington and Saukville.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will upgrade these bridges:
- Sauk Road
- Northwoods Road
- County Highway B
- WIS 32/County H
The first three on this list will be closed to through traffic. WIS 32/County H will be staged in sections to allow for two-way traffic. Some overnight closures will happen this summer.
