Country Star to Headline Rock the Harbor Event in August
The Port Washington event will include music, food and beverages and happens simultaneously with the Harley 110th Anniversary celebration.
Event organizers are closer to coasting towards the launch of the Rock the Harbor event geared towards "motorcycle enthusiasts, tourists and surrounding locals," but have a ways to go before all final details are set.
The August 30 event is hosted by Suburban Motors Harley-Davidson of Theinsville and Port Washington Main Street, and features music, food and beverage, shopping and entertainment to its downtown.
American Country Music artist Darryl Worley will play on the main stage at 8 p.m.

The event has some major sponsors already, though organizers say they are looking for more sponsors. Major sponsors include:
- Duluth Trading Company (Official Outfitter of Rock the Harbor)
- Allen Edmonds
- Schooner Pub
- Gruber Law Offices (one of the Main Stage sponsors)
"This event is being put together by donations and fundraising," event organizers said. "We are still looking to bring on sponsors as well as looking for vendors and donations. As you can imagine an event like this that will attract 1000's has a large price tag attached to it. This is a great opportunity for the whole community to get involved and showcase Port Washington and Ozaukee County as a whole.

The event is also happening simultaneously with the Harley 110th Anniversary, which will attract thousands of bikers to Milwaukee.

Rock the Harbor will offer vendors and local business for shopping, food and
beverage. Live music from local bands and national acts will be offered on
3 stages throughout the event.
We are proud to have American Country Music artist Darryl Worley on our Main Stage starting at 8:00 pm. Darryl Worley has produced nearly twenty hit singles, including three No. 1's, as well as chart-topping albums and sales in the millions. He has topped the charts with singles including "I Miss My Friend," "Awful, Beautiful Life" and "Have You Forgotten."
Rock the Harbor kicks off at 3:00 pm and festival grounds close at 11:00 pm. Admission is free.
