There will also be free bus service put together by several area bars, Grover said, running from 9 p.m. until 4 a.m., as well as free taxi service provided by Ozaukee County Taxi. People looking for a ride via taxi can call 284-TAXI or 238-TAXI; they will need to provide a to-and-from address and time they want to be picked up. Taxi rides are given anywhere in Ozaukee County.

"It’s a great thing, way to be safe but have a good time," Grover said.

On New Year's Day, the annual Polar Bear Dip event will take place at 2 p.m. outside New Port Shores.
