Another busy work week has drawn to a close, and it's time to let loose a little bit. This weekend, there's no better place than Cedar Creek Winery, located on N70 W6340 Bridge Rd. in downtown Cedarburg.
On Saturday, March 19 and Sunday, March 20, the winery is hosting its 21st Annual Open House, a free event that's entertaining and informative for both new and seasoned wine enthusiasts. Whether you prefer to sip on a crisp white or a sultry red, there will be plenty of award-winning tastes here to please everyone.

- Self-guided cellar tours all day
- Wisconsin cheese sampling
- Wine and barrel tasting
- Cooking with wine demonstrations
- Live music performed by the Gary Davis Quartet
Saturday's cooking demonstrations will be held at 2 p.m., led by Brian Bernier and Lisa Docter, owners and chefs for Big Pig Rig Catering and Bakehouse Farms Catering. Jon Cerda, chef at The Anvil Pub & Grill, will lead the cooking demo at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
