Embedded Reporter In Concert Sunday Evening

Embedded Reporter www.embeddedreportermusic.com will step on stage at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2013 at "The Coffee House" (19th and Wisconsin Ave. -- just West Marquette University) to do a benefit concert for The Center for Veterans Issues, Wisconsin's largest community-based veterans service organization.  With so many veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, coupled with our lagging economy, the demand for services is on the rise.  

The timing couldn't be better.  Event contributions will be sequestered until March 14th then contributed to CVI www.cvivet.org on Match Day, leveraging the donations.  The Greater Milwaukee Foundation www.MatchDayMKE.org has developed a "Basic Services Fund" in excess of $750,000 to be used to "match" contributions made to participating organizations on Match Day, the 24 Hr. period of March 14th.  The participating organizations are all providers of basic services (food and shelter) within the Greater Milwaukee Area.  Each participating organization will receive matching funds in proportion to their percentage of the grand total raised by all on Match Day.
