Mike Nichols speaking at the Cedarburg Public Library

Join Mike Nichols at the Cedarburg Public Library on Thursday, September 6th, 6:30 p.m. for a discussion of his book "Just a Few Sleeps Away: A family's discovery of good and evil in the aftermath of 9/11."  The book is about the Haberman family of Washington County. Andrea Haberman, 25, on her first-ever business trip, was killed in the Twin Towers on September 11. The book tells how her family and friends dealt with this devastating loss.

Nichols is a longtime Milwaukee journalist and a senior fellow at the Wisconsin Policy Research Institute. He is also the author of the mystery book, “the Waking.” He lives with his wife and children in Cedarburg.

This program is part of the 100th anniversary celebration of the library and is sponsored by the Cedarburg Friends of the Library.
