Today, September 12 th, I came upon a video clip that every North American who has any interest in our foreign policy, in the use and purpose of our military and in the well being of our country should definitely watch. In this clip, former Four Star General Wesley Clark reveals his inside knowledge of a decade old plan to conduct war against SEVEN countries! It is the single-most astonishing clip I have seen in terms of a revelation about actual US agendas of conquest being conducted and underway as I write. His statement is extremely germaine to the situaion in Syria. The US image I was raised to love and to believe in is antithethical to such an empire. I was taught, as were you, that "Americans," as we like to call ourselves, forgetting the continent to our south is also America, are extraordinarily ethical people, who stand for freedom and are greatly interested in democracy, both exhibiting an exemplary form of democracy to the world, and in helping people world-wide establish and grow their own democracies. I was taught to believe that we stand for truth, justice, freedom and peace. If anyone can listen to General Clark's statement, and take away the idea that the policies he reveals suggest our leaders prioritize truth, justice, freedom or peace or have any interest in the state of democracy of other countries, I will be amazed...but I welcome all comments. To my mind, what we have in this clip, is a floodlight thrown on an agenda of massive violence, revealed by a man on the inside... that paints the picture of a powerful empire bent on one thing alone, conquest. I love my country. I believe most of my country men and women want to do good. I also believe that we have been hoodwinled by men who care neither about us nor have any ethical standards most of us (i hope) hold dear and that they are conducting huge programs that are incredibly destructive, create massive suffering and benefit only a handful of wealthy powerful persons, while trampling, without qualm or concern of consequence, on millions of fellow humans.
