The quaint restaurant located in Cedarburg’s Cedar Creek Settlement prepares light, delicious crepes for lunch, dinner and, best of all, dessert.  

Stepping inside the historic mill building, customers can hardly resist the smells of fresh crepes and homemade soups. Entree crepes like the Dusty Miller — turkey breast, broccoli, mushrooms and onions folded inside a warm crepe and topped with a cheddar cheese sauce — are among the café's best sellers. Classic sandwiches, such as the Rueben and ham and swiss, are also available and compliment a steaming bowl of broccoli soup or a fresh salad perfectly.

With many delicious options, it may be difficult to save room for dessert, but one glance at the assortment of sweet crepes will encourage you to make room for something sweet. With mint chip ice cream, chocolate sauce and fresh whipped cream tucked inside a fresh crepe, the Mosaic is hard to resist. The same holds true for the Dutch Mill dessert crepe filled with chocolate mousse and topped with real whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
