The Chocolate Chisel extended its business hours to 10 p.m. Staff said they decided to make the change based on business from last summer, where lines still formed outside the building when the Chisel was slated to close at 9 p.m. Though most famously known for its chocolate, the Chocolate Chisel also serves hand-dipped ice cream — hence the late-night summer lines.
