Grafton Land Site Purchased for Senior Housing Development Project

(Grafton, WI)— A 1.52 acre site in Grafton, WI on Highland Drive was purchased this week by Urbanscape Development, LLC. The site will be used for a senior housing development project.

The new development, which is located on the parcel to the north of a current USPS office and south of the Ozaukee Interurban Trail, will be in close proximity to local transportation routes, and bustling retail, highlighted by the Oak Street Commons Shopping Center directly to the east of the site.  The Boerke Company’s Kevin Riordan and Andy Fishler represented the owners in the transaction.
