Want to break from your routine for a day, get out of your comfort zone, get dirty, and accomplish something brand new – all while having a blast? Consider registering for the Dirty Girl Mud Run.
Dirty Girl is the original and largest women-only national mud run series. And it's continuing its 15-city summer tour at Waukesha County Expo Center.
Every one of the obstacles – from the “Utopian Tubes” tunnel crawl to the “PMS (Pretty Muddy Stuff)” mud pit – is optional, so participants can skip anything they find too difficult.

Besides being a fantastic way to bond with friends and family, Dirty Girl brings so many heartwarming stories to the forefront:
- At least one cancer survivor runs in every wave of a Dirty Girl run; this could mean hundreds of proud survivors at any one event. Survivors always run free of charge. And, in 2013, Dirty Girl expects to donate $300,000 to breast cancer charities nationwide.
- Army wives frequently run in teams with ladies whose husbands are stationed together. Their camaraderie is uplifting and inspiring.
- The average participant age is 38, but the oldest Dirty Girls have been in their eighties.
There are a lot of mud runs out there, but Dirty Girl is unique in a way you can only understand if you attend an event yourself. We'd love to have you join us at Waukesha County Expo Center.
