Port Washington Main Street responds to requests for more great events downtown with this Sunday's "Main Street Marketplace."  Franklin Street will be closed to vehicle traffic, making way for businesses sales and promotions, vendors,  produce and plants, live music, food, beverages and more.

The event will run 12 to 4 p.m. with over 40 vendors. Live music will be provided by area individuals and bands with a surprise guest at 1:30 p.m. Food and beverages are provided by local restaurants.

Vendors are still able to sign up to display and should contact the Main Street Offices at 262-268-1132.  Items such as antiques, collectibles, home party promotions, arts/crafts and all sales types are acceptable.  Spaces are $30.00 for the day and the proceeds benefit the Port Washington Main Street program operations.

For details about the event, see the website at  www.visitportwashington.com or call the Port Main Street Offices at 262-268-1132.
