A little windy out there today, eh?

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Monday and says gusts could reach up to 45 mph. Strong low pressure and a cold front is moving across Wisconsin, according to the NWS report, and a 40 percent chance of rain remains before 4 p.m. in the city.

The good news is that southeastern Wisconsin largely avoided the severe weather , unlike other parts of Midwest that were devastated by tornadoes.
