Wisconsin Singers Returns to Grafton with Local Grad

WISCONSIN SINGERS
RETURNS TO GRAFTON WITH LOCAL GRAD!
 

Grafton Music Parents is proud to present the Wisconsin
Singers in its newest show, Hot! Hot!
Hot!
, at Grafton High School on April 6th at 4:00 PM – featuring
opening performances by G Group and Graftonics. Grafton High School Class of
2012 grad Aaron Gilstrap will be performing with the troupe as he enters his
second year in the program. Proceeds from the show will go to Grafton Music
Parents.





Wisconsin Singers is made up of UW-Madison’s most talented
singers, dancers, and instrumentalists. The Singers is a renowned show group in
the nation and travels across country to perform for over 50,000 people each
year.





Gilstrap participated in musicals, concert band and choir
while at Grafton High School. He continues his involvement in music at the
collegiate level with the Wisconsin Singers.

“There truly is nothing like being able to perform for your
friends and family,” said Gilstrap. “I get the chance to show them how much
I’ve grown and what I have accomplished with their help and support.”





Hot! Hot! Hot! was
arranged by writers from The Sing Off!
and staged by Broadway choreographers. The 90-minute show features songs from
timeless legends like Frank Sinatra and John Denver, chart-topping tunes by pop
icons from Justin Timberlake to Beyoncé, and something for the kids to enjoy
with tunes from Peter Pan and Barney.
