The first 200 attendees will receive a free, 17-page cookbook featuring 35 favorite recipes of our VA chefs and dietitians.

“Our goal is to help educate veterans, employees and the community on healthy ways they can enjoy their favorite meals without all the fat, calories and salt,” said dietitian Katie Merriman. “You can make things very tasty without salt, just by using different herbs and spices, and you won’t even realize you’re eating healthy.”
