Port Washington Light Station Open House

The Port Washington Historical Society restored 1860 Light Station and Museum is holding an open house Sunday, June 26th from 1-4pm. The Light Station and Museum is open to the public, free of charge. Come experience what life was like for a 19th century light house keeper and his/her family. Learn about the men and women who tended the light, guiding ships along Lake Michigan's shore.

The Historical Society will also be holding a pot luck picnic at Veteran's Park from 4-6pm. Join us, meet other history buffs, learn about your city's history and socialize.
