Fish Day Parade 2013 Chairs Downtown

My thoughts on chairs being put out downtown for the parade . Is that it is a tradition! People coming from out of town and shopping would most likely  think of  Port Washington as a unique and supportive place. At least that is what I thought before I moved here 10 years ago. I don't believe people having to step over a chair would be so inconvenients that they would turn around and walk away!!
