Exercise opportunities for Seniors and Mobility Impaired

Physical Enhancement Services offers facilities and specialized staff for independent senior and mobility impaired workouts.

Now that autumn is here, it is real tempting to curl up with a cozy blanket and stay inside. Many people tend to be pulled indoors where it is warm and away from the cold damp weather to come. This is especially difficult for our senior community and the mobility impaired.

While most people can still put on a warmer jacket and venture outside to continue their exercise routine, seniors and disabled people fine it much more difficult. Fortunately, there are opportunities for the seniors and disabled people of our community. Physical Enhancement Services (PES) offers a monthly package that allows people to use our facilities to exercise on their own.

The facility presents a non-intimidating environment and is located right on the beautiful Port Washington harbor. With access immediately from the parking lot, the space presents open floor space and mobility accessible strength and cardiovascular equipment. In addition to the inviting environment, the staff is educated and experienced in providing direction and answering questions related to clinical exercise, wellness and healthy living.
