Bus Driver Enters 'Not Guilty' Plea in Sex Assault Case

Randy R. Mayer remains in custody after second bond set at $10,000; his next court appearance is set for Feb. 22.

Randy R. Mayer β€” the bus driver charged with inappropriately touching students on his route β€” entered a not guilty plea in court Tuesday in connection with the charges.

Mayer, 225 S. Madison Ave., also waived his right to a preliminary hearing during Tuesday's court appearance, according to court records.
