An 18-year-old Grafton man is facing charges after he allegedly touched a 14-year-old girl's genitals inside the bathroom at a Saukville park.

Joshua M. Wimmer was charged in Ozaukee County Circuit Court on Friday with one count of fourth-degree sexual assault and one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, he faces up to one year in prison and $11,000 in fines.

At 6:37 p.m. Sept. 13, Wimmer and the victim were at Grady Park and kissing on a park bench, when he took her and led her into a nearby bathroom, the complaint said. Inside the bathroom they continued to kiss, then Wimmer put his hands down her pants and touched the girl’s genitals.
