On Nov. 2, a woman Viezbicke knows was drinking at the 200 S. Railroad St. when Viezbicke came in; however, Viezbicke is banned from the bar and was immediately removed.

When the woman returned home at 3 a.m., Viezbicke was sitting on her couch drinking a bottle of Jack Daniels and told her he had also taken some of her prescription pills. The woman then told him he needed to leave and called some people to pick him up, but Viezbicke then “got in her face” and began screaming at her.

Viezbicke then left the residence and walked over to the bar where a witness saw him kick out the glass door in front of the bar and walk home.

Viezbicke told police the woman had invited him to her house and left the door unlocked for him while she was out at the bar and admitted going to the bar despite being banned, but then came back to the residence and passed out, denying he kicked out the glass door of the bar.

He’s currently free on $1,500 cash bail.
