Ozaukee County Man Reported Missing Friday

Robert Steinbrecker, 24, was reported missing Friday just before noon.

The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Department is involved in a search for a Town of Cedarburg man reported missing by his family Friday.

Robert E. Steinbrecker, 24, was last seen about 2 a.m. Thursday running north near Cedar Creek away from two friends and toward his residence in the Town of Cedarburg, according to a press release from the sheriff's department.

He is described as 6 feet tall, 165 pounds, white with red shoulder-length hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark green, parka-style jacket, a Green Bay Packers knit hat, black tennis shoes and an off-white button-up shirt with a black T-shirt underneath.

The sheriff's department asks that if anyone has seen him since 2 a.m. Thursday, to call the department or their local law enforcement. Law enforcement continues to search the area where he was last seen and near his home.
