Ozaukee County Pair Face Fines in Theft of Brewers Sausage Mascot

Guido, the Klement's Italian Racing Sausage costume and a Milwaukee Brewers mascot, had made an appearance in Cedarburg bars before the pair were caught.

Two Ozaukee County residents will face fines in connection with the theft of a sausage costume that is also a Brewers mascot.

Kristin Moze, 32 of Cedarburg, and Timothy Forrer, 26 of Mequon — who are also brother and sister — were charged with disorderly conduct and were fined $429 for the theft of Guido, the Klement's Italian Racing Sausage costume, that took place in February, JSOnline.com reports. The two will also be responsible for paying for cleaning fees, repairs and a missing duffel bag.

According to the website, Ozaukee County's News Graphic reported that Klement's had tracked down the suspects through a social media investigation. The sausage costume was seen barhopping in Cedarburg in mid-February, shortly after its theft, JSOnline.com reports.
