Port Police Report: Pair Attempt to Sell Beef Without a Permit
A roundup of the latest activity from the police blotter includes a few people doing things without permits, as well as a missing white lion.
While Wisconsin may be gung-ho about food items on a stick, there's not as much love for beef-on-wheels, especially when it's being sold without a permit.
Port Washington police received a call at 1:25 p.m. July 26 from a resident i nthe 200 block of East Pierron Street. The caller said someone was driving around selling beef, without a permit of any sort.
Police responded to the area and found a 31-year-old Milwaukee man as well as a 58-year-old Waukesha man behind the mobile business.
