Police Seek Help in Solving Armed Robbery

The incident took place in Fredonia on Monday, and law enforcement is seeking the public's help in finding the suspect.

An armed robber got away with cash from a gas station in Fredonia and police are seeking the public's help in finding the suspect.

The Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Department responded to Big Joe’s Service Station, W3970 CTH H, town of Fredonia, at 9:47 p.m. after a report that the armed robbery had just occurred, according to a press release from the department. 

The clerk told deputies that a white man, approximately 5-foot, 10-inches tall and weighing 165 pounds, entered the station wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a bandana covering his face, according to the press release. The man appeared to be in his early 20s. 

The man displayed a handgun to the clerk who provided him with cash from the cash register. The suspect fled in a dark colored four door sedan west on CTH H from the gas station.
