A 17-year-old Saukville boy is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl inside his home in August.
Douglas M. Yanko is to have "no contact with any females under age of 18 with the exception of during the course of the school day at Port Washington High School," as a condition of his $5,000 cash bond, according to court records.
Yanko was charged in Ozaukee County Circuit Court on Nov. 14 with one count of repeated sexual assault of a child. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
On Nov. 9, Saukville police officers met with the victim who said she was dating Yanko in August when on one occasion she was in his home in the 200 block of South Colonial Parkway and he got on top of her and began to touch her breast. He asked to have sex, but she said no, so Yanko pulled down her pants and rubbed his genitals on hers until his mother called him upstairs for something.
Later that day a similar incident took place in Yanko’s bedroom where she again refused to have sex with him, but he did the same thing, the complaint said.
Yanko is set to appear in court for a status hearing at 9 a.m. Dec. 21.
