  • Playground bullies: Police responded to a call at 12:48 p.m. Oct. 1 about two boys, estimated to be about 10-years-old, who were being mean and making other kids leave Kolbach Park. According to police reports, the boys were telling other kids that "the park belongs to them, and then kids in the park are intimidated into leaving the park." Police spoke with the boys' father, and he told police if his sons were, in fact, involved it wouldn't happen again.
