A roundup of the latest activity from the police blotter.

A Port Washington mom called police on her drunk 19-year-old son Tuesday at 2:39 a.m. when he came over from his next-door apartment to pick a fight with her on the 1400 block of Parkway Drive, according to police reports.

When police arrived, the verbal argument had ended, but the 19-year-old had locked himself out of his apartment. His mom was able to find a spare key.

The 19-year-old was cited for underage drinking and given a $177 ticket.

More from the reports:

  • You don't live here anymore: A 19-year-old Grafton resident was stopped from entering a home on the 400 block of Oakland Avenue from which she had been evicted, after the alleged tresspassing was reported at 7:28 p.m. Tuesday. She said her family had left a TV in the attic, and that they had permission to enter the house until Thursday. She could not produce paperwork supporting this, so police told her she had to leave.Β
  • Trying to catch some shut-eye: At 11:47 p.m. on Wednesday, police spotted a 69-year-old pulled by the side of the road, asleep. He said he had pulled off the road to sleep on the 1600 block of N. Wisconsin Street. Police told him to move on.Β
  • Truth or dare: A resident in the area of W. Monroe Street and N. Benjamin Street called police at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday because a 20-year-old Pennsylvania man was soliciting in an aggressive manor and dared the caller to phone police. When police arrived, they found the solicitor did not have a permit from City Hall to be soliciting, and police told him to stop until he got a permit.
