Port Washington Police Report: Chirping Tires Get Driver a Citation

A roundup of the latest activity from the police blotter.

Police stopped a vehicle at 11:28 p.m. Saturday after its tires chirped.

The 27-year-old Grafton man was driving on North Franklin Street. His rapid acceleration and tire chirping caught the officer's attention.

The man was cited for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle.
