Port Washington Police Report: Help, We're Stuck and We Can't Get Out!

A roundup of the latest activity from the police blotter.

Two boys, an 11-year-old and 12-year-old of Port Washington, entered a vacant shed in the 100 block of West Grand Avenue at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday.

The boys then realized they were stuck inside the shed, and had to call 9-1-1 for help getting out.

Police warned the boys for trespassing.

  • Long-distance emergency: Police spoke to a 59-year-old Port Washington woman at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday after receiving a hang-up 9-1-1 call for her residence in the 1800 block of Parknoll Lane. The woman said she had accidentally dialed 9-1-1 while trying to call somebody long distance.Β 
  • Just chillin': Police recieved a report of a suspicious vehicle at 12:47 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of West Grand Avenue. The caller cited possible illegal activity. Police found a 25-year-old Port Washington man, a 25-year-old Bayside man and a 24-year-old Milwaukee man inside the vehicle smoking cigarettes.
