Saukville Police Report: Poor Sports, Bar Brawls, and Missing Rims

A roundup of recent activity from the Saukville blotter.

In response to a call about damaged property 4:00 p.m. Feb. 11, police arrived at the scene on Hillcrest Road to find that a sign on the homeowner’s lawn had been damaged.

The Pittsburgh Steelers sign that he had displayed in his front yard had been kicked over and the lights decorating it had been damaged.

  • Need a lift?: At 12:21 p.m. Feb. 14, police were called to the Ernie Von Schledorn car dealership to investigate a theft.  Four tires and rims were stolen from the lot, and the two Chevrolet Tahoes were left on blocks.  Police are investigating using descriptions of the suspects’ vehicles.
  • A friendly spat: Police responded to a call at 11:38 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Railroad Station bar regarding a fight.  A 37-year-old man and a 40-year-old man were intoxicated when they began to argue.  Quickly, the disagreement became physical.  Upon investigation, police found out the two men were actually friends, and both were cited for disorderly conduct.
