Saukville Woman Charged With Threatening Nurse

Suspect allegedly threatened Mequon nurse with scissors, saying she wanted to kill her. She will make an initial appearance in Ozaukee County Court in June.

A Saukville woman is facing charges after she threatened to kill a Mequon nurse with a pair of scissors and then spit at her.

The 40-year-old was charged in Ozaukee County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon. If convicted, she faces up to 90 days in jail and $1,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

On March 20, the woman was at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital, 13111 N. Port Washington Road, Mequon, when she grabbed a pair of scissors and told a nurse she wanted to kill her. She then raised her arms as if to choke the nurse, then spit in her direction.

The nurse was able to get out of the room and feared for her safety.
