Teen Passes Out in Car, Cited for Underage Drinking
A mom of a friend of the 19-year-old brought the passed out teen to the police department.
A teenager was caught for underage drinking after the alcohol caught up to her.
The 19-year-old Random Lake woman passed out in the back of a car at 9:21 p.m. June 26, according to police reports. Her friend's mother brought her to the police department after she passed out.
The teen was cited for underage alcohol consumption.
