On Nov. 9, Saukville police officers met with the victim who said she was dating Yanko in August when on one occasion she was in his home in the 200 block of South Colonial Parkway and he got on top of her and began to touch her breast. He asked to have sex, but she said no, so Yanko pulled down her pants and rubbed his genitals on hers until his mother called him upstairs for something.

Later that day a similar incident took place in Yanko’s bedroom where she again refused to have sex with him, but he did the same thing, the complaint said.
