Woman Accused of Trying to Hit Her Boyfriend After Drinking
Victim was able to restrain the woman in a bathroom until police arrived.
A Peshtigo woman is facing charges after she allegedly got drunk and tried to hit her boyfriend inside his Saukville home.
Sara T. Opsahl Jacobson, 36, was charged in Ozaukee County Circuit Court on Jan. 31 with one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, she could face up to 90 days in jail and $1,000 in fines.

Police were called to the victim’s residence in the 600 block of North Dries Street on Jan. 14 after Opsahl Jacobson had returned from a bar and began to yell at him and tried to hit him. The victim told police he then called a friend to come over and be a witness to what was happening.
She continued to swing at the victim and yell at him until he was able to restrain her in a bathroom until police arrive.

Opsahl Jacobson had been out on bond in connection with charges for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property which were filed Dec. 28, according to court records. As part of her bond conditions, she was not to consume alcohol.
Opsahl Jacobson appeared in court on Wednesday and entered a "not guilty" plea for the new charges. She will make her next court appearance at 1:30 p.m. March 13.
