Not Too Late to Pay Your Taxes for 2011 Deduction
Property tax bills are not due until Jan. 31, but residents hoping to deduct the payment on their 2011 taxes will have to pay the bill by Saturday.
Property owners have until Jan. 31 to pay their tax bills in whole or make an installment. However, if you want to deduct the payment on your 2011 taxes, you have to pay the bill by Saturday.

Harris Bank will be open until 5 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday to accept property tax payments. The bank is located at 623 W Grand Ave., Port, and 524 East Green Bay Ave., Saukville.

Port Washington State Bank will be open until 6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. The bank is located at 601 East Green Bay Ave., Saukville, and 206 North Franklin St., Port.
