Saukville's Pick 'n Save Sold for $6.6M

The company who formerly owned the grocery store sold the property on Dec. 21.

If you ever wondered how much the more than 6-acre property that houses the Saukville Pick 'n Save is worth — it's apparently $6.6 million.

That's the price Capital Equities LLC, a company related to Los Angeles-based Arnel Investment, paid for the Saukville store, 810 E. Green Bay Ave., according to BizJournals.com. The sale took place on Dec. 21; the property had not been listed for sale, but an "'acceptable' offer was proffered by a broker," the article said.

The Pick 'n Save sits in a corner of town where Walmart recently finished renovations including a full grocery store; Piggly Wiggly is also across the street.
