Rivers Edge is a restaurant. Located just west of downtown Saukville, locals nevertheless go out of their way to eat the simple foods prepared at this delicious diner. The decor may recall a community center basement, with its long communal tables, but the lace edge potato pancakes, bratwurst and bacon remind diners of home.
