She must have a golddigger family. Instead of taking responsibility and getting their junkieRead More wife/mother/daughter into rehab where she can get help, they sue the Ozaukee County Jail when she kills herself. Considering she tried to kill herself before being locked up, it's pretty clear that the blame does not lie on the jail, rather herself and her family. They should take a good look in the mirror and realize their fault.

Where will they fill them up or will city/county have to build a filling station?

What kind of "hit" will there be on the resale of these propane fueled cars at trade inRead More time?

I heard some of the pitch from someone I know on the department. Most of that 26K cost listed aboveRead More is the cost of setting up a filling station, a one time cost. The city would be doing it. Not sure where though. The kits are just that, conversion kits. They can be installed on the cars when they are bought, and removed when it is time to sell the car if the city wishes. The car can still use gas, even with the kit attached. It just provides an alternate source. Allegedly there are already a couple agencies in the state that have been using these for years. I don't remember which ones though.

It's a fairly common mistake, and it admittedly is one I have made (thankfully without incident).Read More This mistake is probably not quite as common as the "meant to go in reverse" mistake though. There was one time my floor mat somehow moved and positioned itself between the bottom of the brake pedal and the top of the gas pedal, so when I hit the brake the gas was also pressed... took me a few seconds to realize what was going on there.

If they can show this would save lives, it would be good. The Main Street group is $25,000 in debt.Read More The city is talking about bailing them out with the failure of the Rock the Harbor to make money. The pier and breakwater is crumbling. They should wait so they don't spend money they don't have.

too many unanswered questions... would the new firehouse be the only firehouse? if so, now theRead More downtown has a much longer response time and that can be complicated further by the ever present coal trains that cross W. Grand Ave. if there are trucks for BOTH firehouses to remain operating, the logistics for a volunteer dept to respond to the correct firehouse will need to be well considered, potentially increasing the delay in response. long story short... needs more cowbell

I don't think Port is big enough for that.
