After taking a shot together, several patrons were involved in a fight.
Several patrons were involved in an ongoing bar fight after taking a shot together. Port Washington police were made aware of the incident after one man involved showed up at the department to report that he had been assaulted at 2:42 a.m. March 9, according a police report. The man had a cut on his chin and a bloody nose, but declined medical help. Officers asked the man what happened, and he began to describe the man that had punched him, the report said. Shortly thereafter, the officer saw someone that matched that man's description running outside the police department, shouting, "What are you going to do about it — come on." Two men are accused of beating a bouncer and another man inside a Port Washington tavern Saturday night. Eric O. Brown, 23, of Mequon, and Brandon R. Jones, 24, of Milwaukee, were charged in Ozaukee County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of substantial battery and one count of disorderly conduct. If convicted, they each face up to 21 months in prison and $11,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 12:43 a.m. Saturday, Port Washington police officers were called to The Railroad Station, 200 S. Railroad St., on the report of a fight between several men. There's generally a lot of beer poured at Foxy's Tavern on a Friday night. But it's less common for it to be poured on someone's head. At 9:43 p.m. Friday, police were called to Foxy's Tavern at 219 N. Franklin St. where an argument was getting out of hand between a man and a woman, both 21. The woman had reportedly poured a beer over the man. The two then continued their argument outside, where the man reportedly slapped the woman before police showed up. They were both cited for disorderly conduct. More from the reports:

Sure it's newsworthy... It caught my attention, and I found it interesting. Apparently others found the title interesting enough to read the whole article too. I'm glad it was posted.
