Honor Flight DVD Now Available Locally
Copies of the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight documentary are now available at Port Washington City Hall.
The Honor Flight documentary that made a Guinness Book of World Records and has been shown at many film festivals is now available for purchase on DVD at Port Washington City Hall. A number of copies are available for a suggested donation of $20, Honor Flight founder Joe Dean said. City Hall is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. I would think it would be a field trip to Marcus. They did promise a DVD release for the movie, but I'd guess that won't happen until it is out of theaters 12/15. You may want to contact http://www.honorflightthemovie.com/contact/ and see if they have any provisions in mind for getting the movie into schools. I think every American should see this documentary.   more ›
