The School Board Personnel and Programs and Committee met on Monday night to discuss the plans to hire an additional teacher in the tech department for the 2013-14 school year, as well as launch a biomedical sciences course, according to an Ozaukee Press article. The School Board approved the addition of 210 Apple iPads and netbooks for students and teachers; the district also plans to create a new position for a technology education specialist, according to the Ozaukee Press. I think they may control the content. Maybe they can teach the students to use resources the correct way. When I was in school we screwed around in the library, you did not see them get rid of the library. more ›
