Andrea Thompson graduated in 2010 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she majored in journalism.  She wrote for various college media such as Panthervision and the UWM Post,as well as local media like Channel 12.  She has also spent two months overseas in Ghana and wrote for various newspapers there.  She also blogged about her experiences traveling in Israel.

She also hosts an Internet radio show on Riverwest Radio called A Reel Of One's Own where she discusses and reviews films and interviews filmmakers.
