ReplyJust a note that we've updated/clarified the story regarding what is finable by the DNR. You could choose to put the big ugly fish back in the water, but only if you are using a rod and reel. Bowfishermen do not have the same privilege.

ReplyIndeed a longtime tradition where you ring a doorbell and run, often leaving a paper bag on the front porch so the person coming to the door sees it. It has a little dog poop in it and it's set on fire, which to me is the really stupid part. The reaction of the homeowner is to stamp out the fire, thus putting the poop on his shoe. Hilarious, right?

ReplyThanks for the clarification....I've made the correction. Was great to see such a huge turnout on Satuday, which really cements the thought that Muskego loves to get together!

ReplyAll that from lights....I guess it could also be seen as a waste of money to have a park that is limited from use (and fees by teams that use the park) because of daylight, no?

I'd agree that savings can be relative, which is why we stressed that 'at least for this year,' those dollars would not be required for borrowing, but are deferred. Thanks for adding the link, Scott.

ReplyGenerally, Muskego taxpayers aren't in favor of government buying private land, if I recall the Lake Park debate correctly. But I could be wrong.

ReplyI think the idea is the same behind why people landscape their yards, because it makes the entire neighborhood more appealing to be a part of, and to move to. Truthfully, this is also the least expensive part of the project.

ReplyI'm so disillusioned with cars in general. They cost a fortune, cost a fortune to repair event the simplest parts, and ironically I told someone today I think I'd rather go back to the horse. I can't afford to live without one, but I can barely afford to have one.
