I write compulsively—all sorts of things—including songs, feature stories, the occasional poem, and I'm working on two books.  I am also a life-long musician, playing guitar, piano, bass, and I sing my little heart out with the band "Embedded Reporter."  I have performed far and wide including China (2002).  I plan to do it until I drop.  ER does "lowbrow music for smart people."  Port Washington is my "Home Port."
